- I compete whenever I get a chance whether its a road race, Boston Ruckus, a sprint triathlon or Crossfit. I never workout to music, unless I'm on my bike trainer in the basement and I still have ESPN on the TV. I had a few good years of serious training in running and triathlon. Qualified for 2005 USAT Nationals, by default went to the World Championships in Hawaii and made All American Honorable Mention. Qualified for the Boston Marathon with a 3:11 marathon at the Marine Corps Marathon, 2007 Ironman USA Lake Placid and of course was in the USMC Reserve out of high school. Born on Cape Cod and a beach bum at heart. I have a healthy dose of fear for everything, I just don't show it or let it dictate my decisions. People who've known me most of my life still call me Danny or DanO and I love it! I created and eat NRG BARs because I'm serious about my health and how I fuel my body every day!

- NRG Bar Team Member Mike Paul competes in Sprint Triathlons, Random road races, and anything else that seems interesting. My biggest accomplishment this year was running my first half marathon in 1:38 without training ... at all. My biggest dream is to race on a triathlon relay team with my daughter. I've had serious training in Swimming, Water Polo, Crew, Wrestling, Boxing, Running, and Jazz Dance (in the 1st grade I thought I was signing up for a type of Karate). I was born and raised in Los Angeles and I currently reside in the burbs of Boston. My biggest fear is being so afraid of something that it scares me away from something great. People that know me still call me: Mikey, Spanky, LA Mike, and Hollywood.
- I'm an NRG Athlete because I eat healthy, live healthy, and I live an active / fun / adventurous life. No regrets.
